Every approved Voodoo Cycle House dealer receives a unique dealer promotional code assigned specifically to their company.

Your dealer code provides access to your authorized dealer discount on eligible purchases.

Your Dealer Code Is:

• Assigned specifically to your approved business
• Used to receive 25% off eligible products
• Intended only for the approved dealer
• Not intended for public distribution
• Not transferable to customers, friends, employees for personal purchases, or other businesses
• Subject to suspension if shared, published, sold, transferred, or otherwise misused

• Mobile motorcycle mechanics

• Other established motorcycle-industry businesses approved by Voodoo Cycle House

Approval is not automatic. Applications are reviewed to protect the dealer program and the businesses participating in it.

DEALER QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify, applicants should be prepared to provide the following information:

Required Business Information

Business Name

Provide the legal or commonly used name of your motorcycle-related business.

Business Address

Provide a valid physical or business mailing address.

Business Phone Number

Provide a working phone number associated with you or your business.

Business Email Address

A business-domain email is preferred when available, although established businesses using other professional email addresses may still be considered.

Website, Social Media Page or Other Business Presence

Provide at least one way for us to verify that your business is actively operating.

Examples include your:

• Business website
• Facebook business page
• Instagram business account
• Google Business Profile
• Online storefront
• Marketplace business profile
• Other established online business presence

Business Verification

Depending on the business and location, we may also request:

• EIN or other business tax identification information
• State business registration
• Resale certificate
• Sales tax exemption/resale documentation
• Dealer license, when applicable
• Business license, when applicable
• Additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify the business

Providing an EIN or resale certificate is strongly encouraged when applicable and may make verification easier.

The program is for legitimate businesses—not retail customers seeking a personal 25% discount.

HOW TO BECOME A DEALER

Getting started is easy.

STEP 1 — APPLY

Complete the Voodoo Authorized Dealer Application with your business information.

There is no application fee.

STEP 2 — VERIFY YOUR BUSINESS

Provide your business name, contact information, address, website/social presence, and any requested verification documents.

Our team will review the information to confirm that the applicant represents a legitimate motorcycle-related business.

STEP 3 — GET APPROVED

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, we'll activate your dealer status.

STEP 4 — RECEIVE YOUR UNIQUE DEALER CODE

Your company will receive its own private dealer promotional code.

This code is assigned specifically to your business and should not be shared publicly.

STEP 5 — START ORDERING

Shop eligible products from Voodoo Cycle House and use your assigned dealer code to receive your 25% dealer discount.

PROTECTING OUR AUTHORIZED DEALERS

Our dealer program is designed to provide genuine motorcycle businesses with pricing that isn't available to ordinary retail customers.

For that reason, Voodoo Cycle House may verify dealer applications and periodically review existing dealer accounts.

Dealer discounts and codes may not be publicly advertised, posted to coupon websites, distributed through public social media posts, sold, transferred, or provided to unauthorized individuals.

Accounts showing suspected misuse may be reviewed, suspended, or terminated.

These protections help preserve the value of the 25% Authorized Dealer Discount for legitimate businesses participating in the program.

DEALER ACCOUNT STATUS

Approved dealer accounts automatically remain active while the business remains eligible and the account is in good standing.

There is no annual renewal fee.

Dealer accounts that have had no qualifying purchases for approximately 6–12 months may be reviewed. Voodoo Cycle House may contact the business to verify that it remains active before continuing dealer status.
