RETURN POLICY

Voodoo Cycle House carefully inspects each item before it is shipped to insure maximum protection to prevent damage during shipping. There are no refunds/ returns given on special orders. We will not accept returns for any specialty (custom made or specific application) or discontinued products. Products will arrive in Factory Sealed box with full Manufacturers Warranty if stated during purchase. No warranty given unless stated. No orders shall be returned or refused without the express written authorization of Voodoo Cycle House. Orders returned to Voodoo Cycle House by customer without the authorization of Voodoo Cycle House will not be returned back to customer until payment is made for shipping and handling expenses to return order to customer. Shipping expenses will not be reimbursed. No returns on electrical items. Items are not returnable for any reason once mounted or used in any way. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from time order ships. If a product is damaged during shipping it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping company.
